It’s Mothers Day Sunday and my 39th birthday. 🎂 Celebrity birthdays (from Google):

Me 39 Vs. Me 24
Meet the past 24 year old me “Panther”.
He was no Dumb@$$!
To anger towards the so-called “dumb” is to be three times dumb, because I obligated them to know something which they simply do not, and I (mis) label them from my own internal emotional reasoning.
- Obligations are a fallacy (cognitive distortion).
- (mis) Labels are a fallacy (cognitive distortion).
- Internal emotional reasoning towards something external is a fallacy (cognitive distortion).
Fallacies feel plausible, but are false.
If you aren’t completely unstable at the loss of your parent(s), then you never knew love.
I was a gentle boy just as I am still a gentleman (personality same), but I was too angry and confused.
I know now what I knew then, but OH BOY does he NOT EVEN know, what I know now.
“We don’t stop playing because we grow old; We grow old because we stop playing.”
— George Bernard Shaw (Irish playwright, who I’d like to read someday)
A younger version of Jacob Underslung will appear as a character.
When the truth hurts, just 1,2,3,4,5, and “six” and: get on with your day.
The 6 Stages of Change
JiLG’s Binomial Model 🙂
|x + 2| = 3
x = 1
x = -5
(5 stages + 2 occurring stages)
#1 Precontemplation
I stepped in a hole. It’s not my fault. I leave the hole.
#2 Contemplation
I stepped in the hole again-ish. This might be something to change?
#3 Preparation
I stepped in the hole again-ish and again-ish. THIS DEFINITELY MUST CHANGE!
#4 Action
I change. I walk around the hole.
#5 Maintenance
I continue to avoid holes, and I get educated on ways to avoid holes.
#6 Termination
I just plain do not like holes. I rightfully hate holes. I have never stepped in another hole again thereafter.
I will never ignore doctors’ orders again!
Tier 1 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT: Fallacy = Feels plausible, but FALSE. There are no truths. There are no words, only assumptions. All labels and obligations are cognitive distortion fallacy.
Tier 2 Dialectical Behavioral Therapy DBT: Fallacy still tangibly affects behavior & mood, as if TRUE.
Tier 3 Wellness Recovery Action Plan WRAP: I’m the only one responsible to let others know my “truths”.
Tier 4 Activities of Daily Living ADLs: I maintain my emotions & mood.
